給班上的recipe

Ingredients:

  •  2 large egg whites 
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 
  •  3 tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • 8 tablespoons all-purpose flour 
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  •  8 tablespoons granulated sugar 
  •  3 teaspoons water

Preparation:

1.Write fortunes on pieces of paper

2. In a medium bowl, lightly beat the egg white, vanilla extract and vegetable oil until frothy, but not stiff.

3. Sift the flour, cornstarch, salt and sugar into a separate bowl. Stir the water into the flour mixture.

4. Add the flour into the egg white mixture and stir until you have a smooth batter. The batter should not be runny, but should drop easily off a wooden spoon.

5. Place level tablespoons of batter onto the cookie sheet.

6. Bake until the outer 1/2-inch of each cookie turns golden brown and they are easy to remove from the baking sheet.

7. Working quickly, remove the cookie with a spatula and flip it over in your hand. Place a fortune in the middle of a cookie. To form the fortune cookie shape, fold the cookie in half, then gently pull the edges downward over the rim of a bowl or cup. Place the finished cookie in the cup of the muffin tin so that it keeps its shape. Continue with the rest of the cookies.




材料:
2個蛋白~也可放到3個
1/2小匙香草精~也可用香草粉代替
3大匙沙拉油~我用橄欖油
8大匙麵粉~我用低筋
1又1/2小匙玉米粉
1/4小匙鹽
8大匙細沙糖
3小匙水

作法:
1.先把蛋白+香草精+橄欖油 打至起泡

2.將全部的粉類過篩再加入水,拌勻

3.1+2 拌勻到無顆粒(這階段很煩人,交給孩子們去做,她們都搶著拌~)

4.放適量麵糊到烤盤上,可以用湯匙抹成圓形推薄,放入烤箱,180度,但是時間可能要自行拿捏
(我是用蛋捲機,簡單、方便、快速)

5.趁餅烤出還熱熱的時後,放入籤紙,對折,抓住兩角往杯子或碗公凹下,要不餅乾的肚子不會膨膨,會凹陷~

  PS   若餅乾還沒冷卻時,可先放在小容器(蛋塔模)裡定型,免的縮回去~


給孩子們做的時候,都還來不及拍到成品,就都已經趁燒咕嚕的吞下肚了
